Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• New members must complete full identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals via local banks are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours

Game Rules & Betting

Accepted Member Conduct

• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games

• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment toward other members or customer support staff
• Betting on behalf of another individual, or allowing another individual to use your account

Account Closure & Suspension

• False or inaccurate registration information
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or serious breaches of terms
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member via the Responsible Gaming feature
• If an account has been inactive for more than 12 months with no transactions

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so through the Account Settings section or by contacting our customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met.
